Our Early Year department follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum of the British National Curriculum, setting standards for the learning, development and care of your child/ward from ages one to five. It focuses on seven areas of learning known as the learning goals.
Sectioned into Key Stages 1 and 2, the Primary School serves students from Year 1 to Year 6 (ages 5 to 11), with Key Stage 1 consisting of learners from Year 1 and Year 2 (ages 5-7), and Key Stage 2 comprising learners from Year 3 to Year 6 (ages 7-11).
The core subjects of English, Mathematics, and Science adhere to the UK Cambridge curriculum. Meanwhile, foundation subjects like History and Geography follow the English National Curriculum, enriched with elements from Ghana, our host nation. Other subjects studied in the primary school include; ICT, French, Music, Art, Physical Education and Global Perspective for only Upper Primary (Years 5 & 6).
Our admissions process includes 6 unique stages, 8 specific reuirements and testing and interviews for Nursery 2 and upwards
